    THE DISTANCE

Ryan is amazing. His music and motivation get you to push yourself to the max. Music selection is varied and awesome. His energy is flowing. Seriously this guy is why I think Mile High rocks! And the facilities are clean and spacious.

    Abs & Ass (60 Minutes)

Butchered me. Charlie is one of the more firm instructors here, and will not hesitate to tell the entire class they are doing moves wrong. Recommend if you like this sort of instructing style. Did two rounds of each floor and tread today, with a short round tread first, then a longer one.

Chest, Back & Abs (60 Minutes)

My first time going and it was really great. Matt was encouraging and thorough. I'm not a very good runner so i was a bit apprehensive about doing intervals but it was a very motivating environment. Great staff, too. Very warm and welcoming. Will def go back.

    Full Body (60 Minutes)

Great class as always but I'm not sure why the people at the smoothie bar act like you're a crazy person when you ask for a water bottle fill up. They don't have a water fountain so that's the only way to get water aside from buying a bottle. Chill. Life isn't that bad.

    HRZ Endurance Run

Jess was great. Very knowledgeable about the type of run we were doing and it was different from most of the runs I have done traditionally! The facilities there are also amazing. Definitely one of the best facilities in the city

    [FREE] Thursday Tempo Run

Tonight's speed workout was a "game" - as we passed him, we call out a number, which he matched to a slow, medium or fast pace. Then we did a lap (.25 mile) at that pace and asked him for another number. It was great seeing another ClassPasser there and the group is super friendly! Everyone goes to drinks at a bar nearby after the workout.
