    Gabriel was welcoming and did a great job critiquing movements. I did some cool new Pilates moves I hadn’t done before. The only thing was that towards the end of class it seemed like he was unsure what to have us to and just gave us a random workout.

    With having to wear masks and having a reformer in between each person, this place is definitely Covid friendly! Enjoyed the instructor but wish he slowed down with his instructions a bit to better understand the next exercise.

    Organized and felt like a clean environment, I felt comfortable with the Covid precautions taken. The class was just what I needed, an ass kicking! Definitely peaked my interest in taking more classes with Bodyrok; Sina was helpful in guiding correct form and continuously motivating the class.

    This class is tough and I’m going to be super sore tomorrow. It’s not for beginners but if you’re already somewhat in shape, it’s an awesome workout to add to the mix. Rob is truly flawless as an instructor. He’s friendly and precise and never misses a beat. Gives good adjustments but you should have a decent understanding of Pilates reformer classes before trying this one.

    Great class! Honestly, it wasn’t what I expected (I was expecting a lot more of a traditional mat-based Pilates class), but it was great (less boring than the traditional mat class!). I’ll be sore tomorrow. I loved how Nofar had an assistant demoing everything while she cued. As a first timer, I think I probably missed a couple of reps in transitions, but I think if I took the class again, it would be easier to keep up.

    Helen is lovely! Verbal instructions were so good I was able to focus on movement without worrying over being able to see, but I love that she practiced along so I could check for visual cues as needed. Def going to feel this for a few days — those leg moves with bands were total bum burners!
