see all reviewsThis was the best P.volve class Ive taken. Lex was incredibly clear and the mix of moves was challenging and I liked that a lot of different equipment was used. Ive found previous classes Ive taken a little too slow or light on resistance/weight but the pacing and burn for this class was perfect

see all reviewsTaylor was so great!! The best barre class I’ve taken in awhile. Challenging in such a good way. Taylor has such a good vibe, gave modifications to make each move easier or more challenging. Class went by so fast! Can’t wait to come back.

see all reviewsLoved class!! I love the pace of these classes but in particular today seemed a little too rushed. I would rather the class have an additional 5 minutes to incorporate more breaks between sets. Couldn’t even get myself set up for the next block of work with how little time there was between each block of work

see all reviewsWhat a fun class. I went with a friend. In the summer, It’s 12 people on a rooftop doing ab and balance work on surfboards that are set On Balance balls. This guy seems to know a lot about surfing (I know nothing), so it was an educational and fun session. I’d go back for the workout personally, not sure if I have an interest in surfing—both motives were welcome though. If you did have an interest, it sounds like a fun place to meet people.

see all reviewsIt’s the only parkour class in my area. I relearned basics such as balance exercises, vaults, and cartwheels. We even played a fun game at the end called monkey castle! There are separate kids and adults classes, but we interacted with the kids during warm-ups and games.
