    First time back in a while and excellent as always. I initially thought treadmill running would be rendered obsolete as the weather improves, but I honestly feel like my runs were better and faster when I was going to MHRC frequently, lol. That means I’m definitely going to be incorporating MHRC into my spring and summer training.
