So much fun, yet I have never sweat so much in my life. Gabby was the exact type of instructor I like for cycling, gentle yet motivating. And as a huge swiftie, I was obsessed with the playlist. I was singing along to every word, that is when I could catch my breath.

Exercising is always something I’ve done begrudgingly (if at all) - but Jordyn has changed that for me. I genuinely look forward to every single class of hers. She’s so welcoming, kind, grounding, and motivating. She teaches her classes in a way that makes it easy to follow along and learn from but pushes you to challenge yourself. I always leave her class feeling stronger and proud.

I’ve taken several Sun Moon classes and this was by far my favorite. Karina’s flow was really cohesive - dynamic upper back and shoulder activators that then facilitated the heart opening yin poses that came afterwards. I had a really profound release of tension and tons of blood flow to my neck and head (where so much of us hold tension). Really enjoyed Karina’s instruction as well. 10/10 would come again.

    High 45

Absolute Blast!! 💥 fun!! How does Danny manage to make High 45 both super challenging, & Fun?!!! 🤩 Danny has a unique recipe!! And you will certainly experience this during the 2-4 minute intervals- high level 3, 1-2 minute recover, and of course after the class!! Danny’s ongoing encouragement, motivational words, are not just spoken from one spot in the room, rather he runs/jumps with excitement around the studio, stopping at each treadmill & individual, making sure each person knows he IS CHEERING YOU ON!!! You can push through the challenge, Danny knows sometimes the muscles feel like ‘bricks’ :) knows the challenge is real for each person! Let’s everyone know!! And APPLAUDS, the effort!! (Reaching your personal potential that class!!) No matter whether your high level 3 is 4.2-7.2 mph or any number as long as you are working to your potential!! Danny reminds you how incredible you will feel (not just after 45 minutes) but after completing each 2-3-4 minute low-mid-high level 3 interval! How well deserved the upcoming 1-2- minute recovery will feel EARNED - well Deserved by you!!! Personally loved the words ‘make the challenge part of you’ !! And you will!! And Lest’s not forget….. Danny creates a room that will remind you of being back at your favorite club, Lights, (purple, red, blue, and incredible Music mix!! ) Thank you!!🙏 ( I was nervous to be back at MHRC after having to take a 5 week hiatus) and Danny you couldn’t have made my return, getting back to High 45 any better, and more encouraged to sign up for the next class!! 🙏🙏 Jill

What a great instructor! Scheduled incorrectly today so I was coming from another exercise class (do not recommend! Take a longer break!), but despite how active this class was, it was still relaxing. I wish I could take Katey’s classes more. Didn’t see any lotion in the locker room but I might have missed it? Otherwise, the amenities are great, class felt community oriented and the instructor asked students and was encouraging about getting a response. This class would be such a great way to get to know fellow yogis because, while it’s intense, it’s also just FUN. Maybe in the future there will be opportunity to engage with people who attend the same classes as us!

Instructor did a great job of demoing and also going around and checking form. Great class for a beginner, but it will be hard (it’s slightly slower than the full body class and much lighter with no music — music would be very helpful here because it allows me to focus on something else). Room needs a temperature adjustment because it was way too cold; since there’s no pre class stretching, the temperature in this room is dangerous as your body never fully warms up & this is especially true in beginner classes. I’ve never been to a workout class where it was this cold. Hope this changes! Talented instructor but the ambiance could use some adjustments.

    1) everyone working there and the returning students were soooo nice and could attest that your first class is gonna be confusing and that’s normal cause it’s a new machine and style of workout 2) I have like never done cardio and while I couldn’t do the whole class, I didn’t expect to. It’s a high intensity cardio class for 30 minutes so definitely out wasn’t expecting much from myself. I suggest focusing on how much you could do vs how much you couldn’t do. It was really easy to take breaks on the climber, grab water, ponder wtf I got myself into haha 3) I liked how the room was set up. The lights and music make it a lot less boring than going to a gym. Also the configuration and lighting make it easy to be in your own world and avoid comparing yourself to other students. 4) Melissa was my teacher and she was so lovely and affirming! Tyler who also works there was checking people in and out was also a great cheerleader! 5) locker room and lounge area were so nice!

Amazing yogi 😭 I am visiting out of town and go to many yoga centers as I travelled. Never have met a kind and caring yoga instructor like Kate, really felt not only my body improve but my mindset changed for the better from this class! Thank you soooo much Kate <3

I really liked this class! I’m always intimidated by pilates classes especially in Manhattan cause I feel like I’m the odd one out. But the instructor was so sweet and attentive. The space is super pretty and clean too! Would definitely come back~

Beautiful studio. You have to dial code 300 to buzz in downstairs. Class is on a megaformer, and is similar to SLT/solidcore. I take SLT a lot and I felt like some of the movements in the opening core series were a bit more rushed but once we got into legs it was pretty comparable to SLT. Really burned out my quads and glutes. Nice hands on adjustments from the instructor, it was a small class and she demoed a lot of the moves which was great. Would definitely return to this studio.

    Reformer Classic: All levels

I Love Nadia’s classes. Perfect mix of challenging and restorative exercises. She puts a lot of focus on form and gives a lot of cues so I always feel like I’m getting the most out of the exercises while protecting my body.
