    LIVESTREAM Vinyasa Flow (Level 2)

Finally found the yoga studio I was looking for in the neighborhood!!! Loved the instructor: started and ended the class chanting om, hands on gentle adjustments, wind chimes and aromatherapy by the end of the class. Left feeling like I was floating on a cloud. AMAZING VIBE

Loved the instructor! As some reviews say, this studio is certainly not for everyone. It’s intense IMO, and mostly everyone who goes are intermediate or advanced. That said, you can still go if you’re up for a challenge.

Class was definitely full. Agree with other comments that intro was a bit long, but the flow was unique, and I really enjoyed that. Door to studio remains locked until previous class is finished, so you have to wait outside if you’re early.

I really love Avalons classes! They start slow with lots of stretches but get more challenging. shes really great at providing alternative moves to make you more challenged or if you need a minute to regroup. Thoughtful adjustments as well.

    Mindful Vinyasa Flow

Studio is at the back of a shop. They provide mats for free. Great mix of challenging and accessible for someone like me who is still building strength. One thing to keep in mind is that there’s another Pilates/yoga studio right next to it, and you could sometimes hear that class through the wall.

Ended up having a private with Kent which was great. I learned so much about my body and form and feel like I grew as a yoga practitioner. He also helped me get rid of soreness I was feeling which was amazing.

This class was yin for fifteen minutes, sun salutations for fifteen minutes, slow flow for fifteen minutes and then a cool down. Very chill. Not even one standing pose beside urdhva hastasana. Good for Sunday morning.

    Inferno Hot Pilates Express

Top 40 and tabata style class. A far cry from alignment-focused pilates, laughably so. Not my thing at all and definitely not what I was expecting, to be honest I couldn’t have disliked this more. BUT if you like this kind of thing (everyone else in class seemed to love it and it sells out often so there’s definitely an audience for it) then this is the place for you. It’s kind of like bar class meets HIIT. I would return to try one of the heated yoga offerings because the space is decent and well-maintained, and while this particular class didn’t resonate for me, the teacher was great for what it was.

It’s BIKRAM, as a heads up! Wowza it was tough. Instructor was encouraging and offered a lot of corrections, which were super needed because it was my first time. If you’re sensitive to heat, I don’t recommend, to be honest. Be sure to get a name tag and a towel unless you want to rent!

Cant decide if I would do it again. Interesting experience but Im used to Vinyasa style classes which feels like more of a work out to me. This style had its challenges in a different way, felt more focused on targeted muscles. The facility looked beautiful!
