see all reviewsEveryone was so welcoming and nice! The instructor Jessi made it a safe and warm place to practice and talked you through how to do each pose and offered help as needed. The place smelt great and was very soothing. She repeated words of affirmations and inspirational quotes and poems throughout the hour. I felt amazing during and after, one of the best yoga practices I’ve ever had!!
