I have been going to Pranify yoga for about a year now, and Chelsea is by far my favorite instructor! She is incredibly talented, knowledgeable, non-judgmental, and a great teacher! She is really great at explaining form and helps correct form during class when necessary. She has given me some really awesome pointers to help me improve! I always feel rejuvenated and relaxed after going to one of her classes!

Susan is incredible. She explains every move so clearly and makes sure everyone is doing things correctly so nobody gets hurt. She is fun and funny and has contagious energy! I always feel great after a class with her.

Emily Martin is the best! I think I may have a six-pack after just one of her classes! 😉 I am sore! No, but seriously, it was a great class. It was concentrated on abs abs and balance. The only thing that I would change is the studio temperature. I am just cold all the time. And even when I was sweating, my toes were so, so cold! But that may just be me.

Flexibility Flight | Level 2 | Green Lake

Lovely, calming space and the class worked on stretching while using the sling to assist with balance. Honestly I got a little dizzy from spinning but it was fun! I have some aerials experience but there are still differences between silks and sling, so there were a couple of things I needed a bit of instruction to do, but nothing was too difficult.

Great class! Very relaxing and challenging at times (just the right amount). The instructor was great at guiding us through the practice and helped correct poses.

This is a great class if you don’t have a lot of experience lifting weights and need help with your form. The day I went it was all women.
