    Really nice class, the instructor is really nice and friendly. The coach gave me lots of tips regarding the pose. I would suggest someone who is just getting into fitness industry to participate in this class. It is a good way to fresh your mind and get something new. The whole vibe in the class is really friendly and supportive as well.

    Hayley is a fantastic instructor! she's really encouraging of both hard work and listening to what your body needs - which may be slowing down or challenging yourself more. I have done a fair bit of hot yoga but not cardio/ weight training so I was a bit nervous, this class really left me feeling like a million bucks ready to tackle the rest of my day. Will be returning!
