    The instructor was amazing and uplifting. She definitely challenged the group and pushed everyone to their edge, which is exactly what I am looking for in a Power class. I am leaving a 5 star review for the class; however, personally, I felt uncomfortable with the amount of people in the space, which may have impacted my practice. There are markers are on the floor to show where to place your mat, but people definitely were closer than 6 feet. The people on either side of me were about 3 feet away, and the room was pretty full. Temps are taken prior to entering the room, and masks are worn when off the mat, though not all participants followed that guideline. I still enjoyed the class, but I may stick to the outdoor option at their other location.

    This was a fun, unique experience. The focus was on movement and felt very energizing. It was hot but not as hot or humid as your typical hot yoga class comfortable and challenging. Great experience and instructor!
