    Erica Hogan = amazing reformer Pilates! 10x better than club Pilates (sorry but it’s true). I’ve taken all classes with her and my favorite is jump board, which is an amazing blend of cardio and perform Pilates, you burn and have so much fun. Erica does a great job at demonstrating the movement to make sure we are doing it correctly and safely. I also love an aesthetics of the studio.!!! Thank you Erica!

    There are lockers, shower, towels, water. Space is new, clean. Friendly staff! The format is very easy to follow: up to six people per “pod” w three stations. You move thru stations following a monitor demoing the exercises and guiding where to go. Nothing is crazy complex. There’s a trainer for form corrections for everyone in the room. I love the convenience!
