    Live DJ // Total Body

Loved the class today with the live DJ but even with the earplugs it is really loud. I wish they’d turn down the volume to what osha sets at max safety, it’s definitely above that . Really enjoy this studio!

    R4 Build

Jameson is a great trainer. He checked in with me often, providing support for a chronic sport injury as well as form corrections and positive reinforcement! Very welcoming environment. Everyone is focused on doing the movements right, rather than being competitive or showing off.

    Power Flow

The place in general is huge, recommend getting there a little earlier to find parking (I found it on the street)& figure it out if you haven’t been before . You go through the main entrance all the way back until you see the rock climbing area- check in. The room is decently sized so you shouldn’t feel too close to your neighbor. Didn’t feel the room was like burning hot, you’ll be ok- more like warm + some of your own body heat. I wouldn’t say it’s for beginners. Could be depending on the instructors or class maybe? You’ll have to be somewhat be experienced prior to know the call outs from the instructor as they won’t always be performing them with you. Not a bad thing but that’s just a down fall for someone whom may be new. Overall, I definitely will attend again!

I had a membership to a different location F45 before the pandemic. It was nice to be back. There are all kinds of new toys! And new exercises. Staff was friendly. Natalie made sure I knew how to use each new piece of equipment & had modifications for my injuries. Loved it.

Best reformer class I’ve ever been to. We trained hard in ways I never have in the reformer. A non-traditional class. Camilo is super knowledgeable and made lots of corrections which I love.

Really fun and challenging balancing moves! The class did have brighter lights and louder music than other sculpt classes I’ve gone too. The latter made it harder to hear instructions at times but the instructor and music was great!

Good vibes in the room. The adjuster was great and helped me to get deeper into my forward bends, which has always been a challenge for me. I didn’t expect to sweat since this was a level one ( unheated) class. I should have brought a towel, because I was really sweating near the end. Perfect amount of challenge.
