    Class starts with mobility exercises to warm up (they call this movr and is linked to an app they want you to download) and then progresses through a series of sets of exercises/moves that you do for a timed interval. Great class for beginners or those with injuries as you get individualized attention and hands on correction for your form. I really enjoyed the class and attention to detail and my only feedback was that the cool down seemed a bit short for all the work we did.
