I recently started taking Y7 afters 10+ yeas of living in nyc and taking other workout classes …Rumble, Soulcycle, Barre, solidcore ….. I am so happy. I finally started taking these classes. This instructor gave three incredible flows and the music was fantastic. It’s such a great sweat that doesn’t involve hi intense fitness on your joints. I never thought I would love yoga as I enjoy a lot of cardio, such as running and biking but I absolutely love y7 how much instructor was amazing. It’s really a great way to clear your head but getting great workout. The studios fantastic. I can’t wait to take more classes.

Amazing yogi 😭 I am visiting out of town and go to many yoga centers as I travelled. Never have met a kind and caring yoga instructor like Kate, really felt not only my body improve but my mindset changed for the better from this class! Thank you soooo much Kate <3

I loved the class. The issue is studio norms. Someone got up immediately before lights on and slipped and fell on me. People here use phones in studio, leave during savasana- it’s bad!!
