see all reviewsGreat instructor and class energy, Yusuf is awesome at engaging with the class! Good workout even though I have never been to tone house in person. This class in particular isn’t for me virtually at home - there’s great strength workouts but it involved way more jumping/hopping and room work than I have space for (noisy for apt neighbors). Wish there were more modifications for space - but excited to try other classes!

see all reviewsGreat class! Honestly, it wasn’t what I expected (I was expecting a lot more of a traditional mat-based Pilates class), but it was great (less boring than the traditional mat class!). I’ll be sore tomorrow. I loved how Nofar had an assistant demoing everything while she cued. As a first timer, I think I probably missed a couple of reps in transitions, but I think if I took the class again, it would be easier to keep up.

see all reviewsSo the reviews are true, Christine is actually really cool and welcoming. She takes the time to talk to you, remembers your name, asks you about injuries 1:1. She does go around during the circuit correcting form so you don’t hurt yourself. The only thing I don’t like is the warmup because you have to line up with others to do it and it’s not necessarily smooth, like you’re forced to keep up which isn’t a good feeling right off the bat to start or you’re waiting for the person in front of you. Also, since the space is small and because you’re zig zagging back and forth between stations, there’s a lot of times you almost bump into someone or vice versa. That said, it’s a tough, challenging workout and the instructor is really great so I’d still highly recommend it and plan on going back.

see all reviewsFantastic class, fun and time flew by because non stop movement! Instructor was upbeat and encouraging and I liked her music. I could see why other people said it’s confusing but if you are work out regularly and are familiar with different exercises it’s not that hard to keep up. Way better than their regular barre class which I find slow and not that challenging and use as a rest day workout. Also this studio was lovely and the room was nice and warm which is better for this type of excercise.

see all reviewsMerav gave a great class! It was a good mix of restorative work and Pilates strength training. I went in to class today super sore from kickboxing yesterday, feeling out muscularly out of sorts & as though I couldn’t stand up straight. Her clear instruction & expert sequencing brought me back life! I wouldn’t say she’s Classical Pilates but she’s not strictly contemporary either. Everything she taught made sense, was useful and productive.

However, this class got me “Beginner Pilates Mat.” Intrigued I signed up and I’m so. glad. I. did. The workout was simple for me to follow along, while still challenging enough for me to want more! Time of day is weird to me (11:15a) I randomly had a day off so I could take this class which I really enjoyed but is more of a senior citizen crowd. Wish it was offered at more assessable times. Def recommend if some unwinding if you can get to this class time. Old school yoga studio. Very classic.

see all reviewsThis boxing class is very legit and a great bargain on ClassPass. I did notice John wrapped several student’s hands, which they don’t do at a lot of boxing places, so points for individualized attention. The space isn’t huge, but is perfectly sized to accommodate twelve people. I liked how he referred to the punches by number versus name. The only drawback was that there was no stretch at the conclusion of class. However, that’s easily remedied at home, or they have open floor space to stretch as well.

see all reviewsOverall good exercises and sequence but I wouldve liked it better if Shareal had given more cues about breath or alignment or imagery about how to do the exercises. Just counting (sometimes too quickly for the time it took for some in the class to actually do the exercise) and saying the exercises isnt really teaching. I also wouldve preferred to use the springs on the Cadillac instead of just doing mat exercises for the glute sequence.

see all reviewsKaitlin’s a great instructor - good upbeat music choices (mainly dance/remix versions of pop songs), well structured format, and very challenging mix of pushes, climbs, sprints, and choreography. One small critique would be I wish she’d countdown more during big pushes or at least let the class know how long they were going to be. It was so tough sprinting hard not knowing how long I’d be doing it for. Other than that, i really the class!

I booked a Massage with him and it was truly one of the best professional massages I have received. He made me feel comfortable, answered all of my questions and was generally very sweet. The massage had the perfect amount of pressure in the right places, and he worked through many points of my body that really needed it. And I am feeling it right now, feeling 110% great for the first time in a while. I highly recommend him, even though I don't want to highly recommend him for selfish reasons.
