    Signature 101

Not sure why the reviews are saying it’s as hard as signature... it’s not. It’s a simplified dance workout which works for people who don’t know the current signature dance. The instructor was nice and helpful, if you need a break from signature or need a refresher on dancebody, try it out.

    Train Jane

Surprisingly challenging, fast paced, good music and nice instructor. Only complaints were in the back row there wasn’t a ton of space so was concerned I was going to kick the instructor when she walked behind us. Also she didn’t preface the structure so I had no idea what was next or how much progress we had made as we jumped between sections

    Beginner Barre (Ballet)

Felt like a private class! Only two other students. Kat was very attentive and hands on. She knew how to explain the movements and posture really well. Didn’t realize ballet can help my flat feet! Will definitely be back for more

    CARDIO SWEAT PARTY

Deceptively hard! A great dance cardio option for people who can’t jump much. It was easy to modify any jumping moves, and the instructor throws in a lot of body weight and kickboxing exercises so that it’s not 50 minutes straight of jumping. I’ll be back!

Fun, active workout. Nonstop moving. Instructor had really good energy. If you are looking for a fun workout and a break from high intensity classes this is great. First half of the class is dance & movement. Second is some ab and arm work.

All Ages Parkour Plus - Online

It’s the only parkour class in my area. I relearned basics such as balance exercises, vaults, and cartwheels. We even played a fun game at the end called monkey castle! There are separate kids and adults classes, but we interacted with the kids during warm-ups and games.
