    Great class! My only issue was the employee talking before class to another employee about Boston Marathon and asked if her friend was running for charity or a "real" runner. FYI- I've qualified both ways, 8 times. and was ALWAYS a real runner. That's just an aside, and not a huge issue, but it rubbed me the wrong way.

    Great class! The threadmill workout had just the right amount of hills and sprints and I liked how the floor workout had an organized sequence of lower body to upper body and abs. Truly a whole body workout and great way to kick off the weekend!

    I love Gianna and her yoga classes. When I imagine power yoga, I imagine it moving a little faster, but hers includes a bit more stretching in the beginning, then ramps up in speed, then slows down nicely. She is wonderful with assists and cues as well.

    Alanna clearly puts a lot of effort into providing a high quality virtual class... the music, the way she changes angles to demonstrate a pose, offering modifications based on both ability and what people have at home... all well done. a nice mix of work with weights, floor work, and the barre. a bit tough on my knees but that's my issue...

    Awesome class! Michael is a great instructor, always welcoming and motivating. He demonstrates each exercise, gives feedback and corrects form if needed. Today’s class consisted of an amrap workout (multiple exercises) with a pyramid finisher. I enjoyed the class a lot!

    Instructor is awesome and hilarious. You may be intimidated by her (today she was wearing a shirt that says "How to talk to me while I'm working out: DON'T lol love it), but she's really cool and nice! I love this class.     Alicia’s classes are the ones you seek when you want to feel powerful and confident. I love that the classes are small to get personalized attention to correct form, motivate you to up your weights, or just generally boost your confidence. Doesn’t hurt that the playlists are always top notch. Highly recommend.

    John was encouraging and the class was fun! The other members were friendly. The gym can be hard to find (and the building is locked!), but a coach will periodically come let students in (or you can sneak in behind someone leaving). Definitely recommended!

    REPS packs in a lot of workout into each 30 minute block. It's just enough time in each stage to keep from being bored and to keep pushing hard with each exercise. Plus I love how the moves are more creative than what I've seen at other gyms. I love this class!
