    Exhale Power Yoga

I love Gianna and her yoga classes. When I imagine power yoga, I imagine it moving a little faster, but hers includes a bit more stretching in the beginning, then ramps up in speed, then slows down nicely. She is wonderful with assists and cues as well.

    Virtual Class: Barre Groove

Alanna clearly puts a lot of effort into providing a high quality virtual class... the music, the way she changes angles to demonstrate a pose, offering modifications based on both ability and what people have at home... all well done. a nice mix of work with weights, floor work, and the barre. a bit tough on my knees but that's my issue...

    Kundalini Yoga

So I am ranking this with the full disclosure that I am a novice at Kundalini. I don’t want to mark the studio or instructor off for that though cause that’s on me. As someone who enjoys yoga and a yin and meditation and self care (but does not practice regularly in any these) this was odd for me. The instructor was reading off her iPad the entire time and did not seem like she knew what was coming next or how to prepare for the class the breathing or the next move. It was super chunky like no flow and honestly a lot of the moves of breathing and jumping around (basically yoga burpees at one point) was a bit jarring. That all being said - again never having practiced kundalini before - the mantras, the chanting and the focus on self healing and restoration was great. I think I need to do some research and come back to it.

    Pilates Reformer - All Levels

I look forward to DK and her class every week. It’s the only reformer class I’ve taken where I feel like I’m toning, relaxing and stretching. Starting to see results too and it’s helping my hip flexors. Highly recommend!!

Really nice new studio, staff was excited and helpful. The instructor rows with the class which makes it easy to follow pace. Definitely kicked my butt with transitions though!

Alicia’s classes are the ones you seek when you want to feel powerful and confident. I love that the classes are small to get personalized attention to correct form, motivate you to up your weights, or just generally boost your confidence. Doesn’t hurt that the playlists are always top notch. Highly recommend.

John was encouraging and the class was fun! The other members were friendly. The gym can be hard to find (and the building is locked!), but a coach will periodically come let students in (or you can sneak in behind someone leaving). Definitely recommended!

Bron is an awesome trainer. Bron is very one on one. I had an injury and he was able to make up alternate exercises, which was nice. He’ll definitely kick your butt, but you’ll have fun while he’s doing so.

Really great class!! I loved that it incorporated bands since I don’t have weights with me currently. It was challenging, but the instructor was very motivating and real which made it go quicker.
