    Such a good workout! Lot of movements focusing on muscle I don’t regularly workout. You will definitely be sweating by the end of class so don’t be fooled! Dani was such an encouraging instructor and cheered the class on the entire team. Will be back for future classes!

    Hoop Flow Basics

    Had a lot of fun in this class & loved feeling like a kid again! Really great class for beginners - everyone mastered basic hooping and we were able to learn some off body tricks. I wouldn’t recommend to those looking for more intermediate skills. Hope they can offer an intermediate class to focus more on off body work :) But overall wonderful class, thank you Leigh!

    Amazing class! I got so much out of it! Truly worked on my form and definitely worked on muscles in my upper back, body, and arms! Loved the teacher! He was so kind, energized, and helpful, even at 6 in the morning! All the regulars were so kind and helpful to me as well! I definitely recommend!

    This class was amazing!!! It was so fun and I didn’t even realize how hard we were working! The bands are such a great addition and add so much to class! Ashley was very motivating and kept us all going. The atmosphere and music made a great experience that everyone should try. There’s a lot of different variations so that you feel comfortable doing the moves. Definitely want to do again!
