Starter50: Intro To [solidcore]
see all reviewsAbigail crushed it! These classes are hard, but I felt like Abigail had the perfect balance of supporting me when I was struggling without pressuring me when I needed to rest (especially with my scoliosis). If you’re new to Solidcore, like I am, you WILL need to rest and you can feel comfortable pushing yourself to your limit without worrying that your limit isn’t good enough. Coaches like Abigail and Lisa are why I am inexplicably finding myself loving Solidcore despite assuming that it would be too intimidating/hard for me. If you’re doubting yourself, don’t worry! You’ll find the support you need!

see all reviewsI have been taking classes here for about 2 months now and have really enjoyed the experience. The workouts are well thought out and challenging. The instructors and members are friendly, encouraging, and do a great job explaining each exercise and providing constructive feedback on form. I have had a few classes with Taylor now, and she does an excellent job leading the sessions. Highly recommend trying out these sessions.

Strength: Mobility Flow
see all reviewsReally good and small mobility/range of motion class, so you get a lot of personal attention. It's not simply a stretch class, you actually do some strength building in extended ranges of motion, which is better than a simple stretch.

see all reviewsI loved everything about this class. The trainer gave me individual attention on my technique and really helped me to feel comfortable. That said, it was challenging! If you are ready for a class that pushes you to your limits, this is for you. I was really grateful for an open level class that gave me the ready to pass out workout I was craving, all in an inviting and safe space.

see all reviewsShout out to Howard for being such a hands on instructor! This class may be a little intimidating for newbies — it certainly was for me at times, but the instructor was great at helping me out when I was confused by exercises and looked out for my form. I’ll definitely return to this class after I gain a bit more confidence with different types of reps!

see all reviewsLoved this class! It challenged me in the best way possible (and reminded me of areas that I needed to improve on). Angela was awesome - she focused on technique and was there every step of the way, especially to push me towards the last bit of the workout. Friendly and encouraging environment; those that attend class are here to put in the work! Will definitely be back!
