    I would say Barrys are great classes for already athletic individuals who know about weight lifting form, not beginners. I didn’t see much form checking or corrections/modifications and it was definitely fast paced. As someone who exercises regularly, I really did enjoy the class and found it challenging!

    VAX: Small Group / Pilates Reformer (Level 1.5)

    Jenna was easy to follow, great at helping adapt poses as needed, and gave a great workout. Was my 4th time ever doing reformer pilates and I typically find it confusing to follow and difficult but Jenna made it accessible. And again im sore today which is a good sign!

    So excited this studio is on ClassPass!!! Mere is AWESOME! Such a fun and motivating instructor. My favorite part about this studio is that you really leave feeling like you worked the muscle groups of that day. Make sure you check the schedule to see what the focus is.

    Outdoor MINT Yoga

    Great class! They were right outside the Rec Center doors but the stairs from the soccer field. It was just the right speed for me since I’m just getting back into the swing of things. Kelly has a mic and there’s a speaker so you can hear her verbal cues. You might want to bring some bug spray if bugs love you.

    Technical Boxing

    As a first-timer, this was a really great boxing class. Definitely good for all levels because it focuses on technique, and I could tell there were more advanced people in the class that were getting as much out of it as I was. Will was friendly and made me feel comfortable as a newbie. I prefer this to other "boxing" classes that are more for fitness rather than actually learning the technique. Still a great workout but also worked my mental fitness!

    Great all around workout. I love Sculpt because it really kicks your ass. This isn’t a normal yoga class. It’s high intensity with cardio segments and weights incorporated into regular yoga moves. It’s a great overall workout and fantastic for stress relief

    Instructor and class were great (your music is great so turn it up!). The Georgetown CPY studio staff were very friendly, but the studio itself was not very clean. The shower had hair all over it and it’s metal door was rusting. Also none of the bathroom stalls had been cleaned in a while.

    Boxing Fundamentals

    I was super nervous I was gonna hate boxing & was going to be embarrassingly bad at it, but this class was awesome because the instructor (tall red hair didn't catch her name) and the regulars who attend this class were all super welcoming and extremely happy to help teach me & my friend. The class was so fun that the 45 minutes flew by & felt totally empowering!
