Instructor was amazing, multitasking the whole time to help fix individual participants’ form even within a full class, I was called out multiple times which can be expected. I made the mistake of doing Bootcamp just before this barre class…..do not do intense exercise prior to this class, your muscles will not be able to take it. I feel like I will be in rigor morris tomorrow but like a good kinda hurt xD otherwise a fantastic class and will be back!

see all reviewsI haven’t done a hot Pilates class before and didn’t know what to expect. But I was surprised by how much I enjoyed this. Marjorie was great - demo-ed and explained all the moves clearly and it was a well paced class that was manageable but challenging. Would do this again.
