    BLAST FULL BODY (90 mins)

Great energy and spirit. She gave a better class than any current instructor in terms of energy and pushing you to be your very best. She also utilized the class helpers 300x more than the usual instructors do which was helpful.

    YS - Yoga Sculpt

I loved the instructor and the playlist. This class is probably one of the most difficult classes Ive ever taken, but I loved it. Definitely the most bang for your buck. It includes ab/core work, glute work, obliques and lots of arms. I would recommend starting slow with less weight until after the cardio set. Room is also heated so be sure to bring towel and water. Great class!!

By far one of the best energy I’ve seen from an Instructor! It’s tough to make a 6am class enjoyable, but Karen was so authentic and got me excited without overwhelming me.

    Girlstrong

Great class! We started with a tabata-type warmup, then worked on the same move with the barbell, then did HIIT-type cardio and cooled down with some stretching. Caitlyn was really friendly, encouraging, and helpful for newcomers with form and using all the equipment and such. Although classpass said this class was an hour we finished after 45-50 minutes.

    Boxing - Level 1

Really challenging and just jumps you right in. Be sure to leave time before enough to wrap your hands or get help doing so. Super tough and sweaty, but great class. Nathan was really helpful to me as a beginner.

I was super nervous I was gonna hate boxing & was going to be embarrassingly bad at it, but this class was awesome because the instructor (tall red hair didn't catch her name) and the regulars who attend this class were all super welcoming and extremely happy to help teach me & my friend. The class was so fun that the 45 minutes flew by & felt totally empowering!

    Stiletto dance class

Destiny is a super nice and welcoming instructor. This class is crazy hard but awesome. The first hour is breaking down the choreo, the 2nd hour is performing it for the group / battling with each other - a bit intimidating but fun

The class is challenging and engaging! It is a small class. The trainer works out together with us. He is attentive and energetic. Not some nonsense chain gym.
