Great music - everything from Drake to Mariah Carey. Super motivating. Lots of variety - switched regularly from climbing to racing/rest, lots of 3rd position, always choreographed well to the beat of the music. One of the best spin classes I've taken.

Stunning studio in center city. Very spacious with lots of amenities (showers, towels, etc.) Barre3 is more of a cardio style class, less emphasis on weights. Great complement to the the weight training and other traditional barre classes I take. Ariel was a sweet and very attentive teacher. I look forward to my next class at Barre3 Rittenhouse!

Mary was clear in her instructions and gave gentle hands-on adjustments, which I always appreciate. Could've even used more! It wasn't a typical flow but I liked the deviation from the usual. It wasn't as rigorous as I was expecting, but it was a nice combination of flow and relaxation.

Clean, sleek studio with lots of great amenities and friendly staff. Sheila was encouraging and had a varied, fun playlist. Good variety of climbs, sprints, and work in and out of the saddle. One minor complaint is that its hard to tell where your RPMs should be since theres not really a gauge like at Flywheel. But otherwise really good. This is an awesome addition to Grad Hospital!

Justin is possibly the best yoga teacher ever. he goes out of his way to take care of his students, always helping but never shaming. the studio itself takes great care of the students, providing mats and lavender infused cool down towels for free and bath towels at a nominal rate. wonderful studio and great Bikram practice. There is no music or distractions, only the sound of your own breath and the instructors voice.

I really liked the combination of a regular yoga practice followed by the restorative practice, it was a really great, relaxing class on a Tuesday night. However, the regular practice felt a little too simplistic, and the instructor include some pop music in the playlist. While Ariana grande is one of my favorite artists, I don’t necessarily want to listen to her as I’m focusing on my breath in child’s pose.

Stephanie was a really great instructor and I love the small class sizes at this studio! I've done a lot of reformer pilates classes but Stephanie was still able to really challenge and help me push myself to get an amazing workout. Every time she made minor tweaks to my form I could feel the intensity go up immediately and that light bulb going off like ohhhh that's what this is supposed to feel like. She also was good at calling out common mistakes so you can't cheat yourself out of a good workout :) all around fantastic I am definitely coming back!

Matt has a great teaching style that describes the postures very technically so you can make adjustments. He also took requests for areas to work on, which is appreciated. I enjoyed his class. That said, this studio needs to get it together. This is the second time I've arrived for a morning class and everyone, including employees, were locked out because no one had keys. We had to wait in the random business lobby, which doesn't start off the morning off in a very zen mood.

    45 Minute Barr/Yoga

I didn't know what to expect because this is a very traditional yoga studio. But the class was good! Barre work with lots of abs and we didn't even use weights for arms but they still got a great workout. The class itself was barre based but the stretching sections were from yoga so it is the best of both worlds. It's only 45 minutes in the middle of the day, great when you have limited exercise time. I will definitely take this class again.

Tim is great! He's really encouraging and motivating. Though this class is definitely appropriate for beginners, it wasn't as low level as some of the comments made me expect.
