see all reviewsHad my first ever tribe class with Lauren today which was SO good. Being my first time they told newbies to come in first to explain which was super helpful. The class was really challenging, I was super sweaty, and if I was at max capacity I would slow it down and take it at my own pace. Lauren took time to chat with me at the end, gave me some lovely words of encouragement and nice to have a chit chat. Can’t wait to do another class!!!
