    Great workout! I was skeptical about needing the entire rest period, but you sure do, especially as the workout progresses. Kiera is awesome- she really knows how to get a little bit more from you and is encouraging. I also appreciated her 10 second countdowns, as that is a cue for me to go harder for the last push. Love this new addition to the Elite classes!

    From the second I walked in everyone was so nice. Every single person introduced themselves by name (small but satisfying gesture). The instructor walked me around the whole studio to show me where everything was. There are three showers and everything you would need to get ready in addition to two separate bathrooms. They have cups in case you forget your water bottle. Added bonus: there was a dog there (LOVE!). The class itself was a series of drills cycling through 3-4 moves over and over facing the mirror ending off with a short period of partner work with the medicine ball. The only thing that would have been nice is if the mats were staggered so we could all see ourselves in the mirror. Otherwise everything about this place was warm and inviting. The class was hard but not impossible. It was a great way to start the morning.

    TRX Resistance

    Effective HIIT portion on the treadmill and challenging core sets on TRX and resistance bands. Instructor was enthusiastic, but The music was too loud on the treadmill so I could barely hear him. I see what other people are saying about the mirror placement not aligning with your line of vision, but I don’t think it’s a huge problem.

    Great class, always a big fan of Liana. I always appreciate her attention to form. My only gripe is that sometimes during certain exercises you end up standing around watching another classmate improve their form or take their turn for too long. I wish Liana would offer simple exercises to do for the in between waiting time so you felt like you were getting a full work out.

    Group Boxing Class

    Super fun! It was my first time boxing and the instructor and other people were really supportive , it's a nice cardio and strength session, great for someone who weight lifts or runs and wants to switch it up, wish it was longer than an hour it went by so fast !

    Great strength training class! Super small class (only 6 of us), very welcoming group, and helpful/friendly instructor that checked in and made sure we understood form and were feeling good. Would definitely go back and highly recommend for those that are seeking a weighted workout.

    The space is nice and Eduardo was a great instructor. He had a good energy, built a good circuit and adapted the class for all levels. For Class Pass just need a better guidance in how to find the place. The name of the gym is different and the entrance is not the main entrance of the building.

    STABILIZE

    Ryan was a very knowledgeable and patient instructor. The class alternated between strengthening and stretching exercises, which was great. The class size was small so the instructor was able to be very hands on and correct the form as necessary. I highly recommend the class.
