She was intentional in her instructions and checked up on me and others throughout to assist when needed. Great directions, loved the intensity, and Chisom was fantastic

I would recommend this class to beginners and professionals! Ha. All levels welcomed . I would consider myself a beginner in yoga but have taken many Pilates classes, if that says anything. Everything was thoroughly explained in a way that was easy to understand. But the class still moved fast enough as to not slow the group as a whole . I am very very impressed and relieved about my experience. And the prices are very fair. Highly HIGHLY recommend !!!!
