    Ultimate Challenge Small Group Training

    Highly recommend this class if you're looking for a challenging full body workout! This included a short warm up followed by circuit training at 4 different stations. We had 8 minutes at each station and 2 minutes of rest in between switching stations. Each station had 4 exercises that targeted different muscle groups. I like that we can pick our own weights and go at our own pace. I'm feeling happily sore!
