She reads the room very well, gives you variations, and she squeezes in some English so everyone is comfortable. She is one of those teachers who walks the room and helps with adjustments to your asana or challenges you to go further, if you want.

see all reviewsThe actual class was quite good but I didnât really like the premises. The changing room felt quite old and the yoga mats provided felt sticky and smelt like feet. If Iâd have known, I would have brought my own. Also it would have been good to have the option of English instruction.
