    The class was spacious and clean. There were some parts of the class where I was feeling the burn, but for the most part it was pretty easy and very accessible for beginners and people who don’t work out very often or may be recovering from an injury and need everything low impact. I will def return if I want a more laid back day but still get a work out in!

    Coach Dana is awesome! Super attentive to each person even in large classes throughout class and helps with your form and adjustments. When you hear her motivational “3,2,1 GOOOO” there’s no way you won’t push through that last sprint or rep! Highly recommend!

    Amazing sweat! Burned almost 500 cal and avg heart rate 157! I was the only one in class so got a 1:1 session! Abi pushed me just the right amount and he gave clear instructions on every movement and paid attention to every details. It was such a good workout and I picked up the correct forms of boxing. Highly recommend!!
