The pace was a bit slower than something like solidcore, and the instructor was really focused on making sure everyone had proper alignment for the moves. There was a lot of variety in the kinds of moves as well - I could see this being a class where it’s different every time. I arrived about 20 minutes early but had to wait in the building vestibule for a few minutes before the prior class ended - they don’t have a waiting room, so you’re walking into the middle of class if you’re early!

see all reviewsI’ve come to Madeline’s Monday morning class 3 times now. It made my Monday morning ritual to kick off for the week. I really enjoyed the lower paced flow. I can focus on waking up my body and the enjoyment of long stretches from them. Her music always been a plus. Please keep up the great work and thanks for providing your coaching on a Monday morning.

I find that I’m capable of more than I would ever imagine under her lovingly kind and capable guidance. The Steele modality of Pilates is so holistic and beautiful. I feel so grateful for this sublime practice in such a beautiful studio. I have a shoulder injury and I find a day later I’m in less pain for the effort the three times I’ve been.

see all reviewsGreat instructor. Clear instructions, positive welcoming relaxed atmosphere. The studio is very nice, and the location is great. I did not expect handstands in this level, but it was not a problem that I couldn’t do that part. It was good to try. But I was expecting a more basic flow at this level, that’s why I chose it. I will most likely come back, as it was still a great class, especially after work. Challenging enough, but not too challenging.
