This was a good intro class to workout classes! (It was my first!) I liked that the class was small and there were many different levels represented.

I enjoyed the class. The instructor provided some modifications although I think a modification for every move would be helpful. When I was feeling discomfort in my lower back it was easy to flag the instructor down and ask for a modification. She teaches a core class right after this class that I should’ve asked if I could stay for but will have to try next time. I enjoyed it greatly and my Apple Watch says I burned almost 600 calories which I think is great for a 40 minute class.

It was different than what I was expecting, but glad I went and may go more often. The coach/facilitator and the regular members were very welcoming, supportive. Positive experience

    Women's Bootcamp

Beginning of class was spent doing repetitions of strength exercises + the rest of time was spent boxing. Small class allowed instructor to correct on technique. Modifications made it easier for me! Strength training can be intimidating, but atmosphere was positive, which made it much more enjoyable and allowed me to focus on moves. Def plan to go again!
