    I don't give away compliments like this lightly, but every instructor at this studio is a gifted and wise teacher. I've personally been a yoga teacher for 15 years and this crew knows how to shatter the "yoga voice" cliches and be totally down to earth while providing a space for students to play and learn. I love this spot so much and if I lived closer I'd go everyday.

    Hustle & Grind HIIT

    Really great class all around. I hadn’t done a HIIT class in three years and it was challenging but very doable. I also have knee/back issues and the instructor was able to work with me to modify the exercises without me feeling that I was missing out on the tough circuits which was awesome. Can’t wait to come back!

    I really enjoyed my time here today for gentle yoga. It really was gentle and set at a very easy-going pace for a nice stretch and I had really good reflection time. The instructor was very nice and so were the regulars who attended the class. I appreciated that all of the equipment was available for use, such as bolsters, mats, blocks, and blankets. The space was easy to find and a relaxing atmosphere. I’m typically anxious when I go out and do stuff especially alone, but I wasn’t anxious at all! 10/10.

    Circuit Class

    Hi Maddie! I loved your 9:00 am Sat class. So happy I did it. There were 11 people in the class and Maddie had us each start at a different station. She demonstrated the exercises and had signs at each station. The routine was prepared in advance and was spaced out well with varied exercise for all the different muscle groups and cardio with different dumbbell sizes depending on your preference. The music was energizing and Maddie was encouraging and motivating. The warehouse gym is very chic. In the middle of the workout we all took a break from the circuit to do planks, push-ups and crunches etc and the end we had other groups activities. Thanks everyone for showing me how it’s done. Very fun.
