    Hustle & Grind HIIT

    Really great class all around. I hadn’t done a HIIT class in three years and it was challenging but very doable. I also have knee/back issues and the instructor was able to work with me to modify the exercises without me feeling that I was missing out on the tough circuits which was awesome. Can’t wait to come back!

    The trainer, Asia was great. She gave excellent cues to perform the exercises correctly. She was good at modifying exercises.The studio was very clean. I would recommend this studio.
