I loved the class! Fernando was great, he provided modifications when needed and the warmup and cool down were workouts themselves. It was only 2 person in the class so it was pretty intimate and I loved getting the chance to punch the bag but also another person aka Fernando! For a complete beginner I would definitely come back.

    Immersive Beat Ride

It was my first ever spin class and I had so much fun, it felt like going to a dance party. The instructor was great she was making me laugh the whole time. I liked how she incorporated movements for your upper body. The playlist was super good. If it is your first time, I would recommend arriving early because there is a learning curve with the shoes. My only complaint is that I wish there was more strobe lights and that it was longer because the instructor is really engaging.

I like Zoe's music (millennial throwback pop and pop rock songs). She handled the class well despite some technical difficulties (which was my first time experiencing after going to Spokehaüs so many times). All the instructors, including Zoe are very good at setting the class up for success by making sure everyone is settled into their bikes and explaining the moves before they officially start the class. Very beginner friendly.

Love this class. Sara is such a wonderful distraction from the intense but very fun workout with her bubbly and bright personality. Also the workout is ACTUALLY challenging. My fave in a very long time at any studio I’ve been to.

    BodyBox - Lower Body

I like the screen for the exercises for the benched area. So it gave the instructor more time to go around and adjust people’s form. But adjusted in a way that was helpful instead of overbearing. Great instruction. Beginner’s get a 10 minute intro before the rest of the class joins too

It was my first time visiting Kardia and I had an amazing cycling class here. Although I probably shouldn’t have done legs in the gym yesterday and did cycling today with lots of incline, it was still fun and a good workout! Thank you Olivia for being so sweet and helpful! Looking forward to visiting again!

The class was well positioned for beginners looking to get into boxing, and the instructor was great. Luis was patient, constructive and made sure that everyone in the class got some one on one time to ensure proper form. A great workout and I’ll definitely be back again.
