    First class back since Covid, and it was great! Best work out class, great instructor, music. Class was difficult, but not impossible and the great thing is you can modify to your own level. Masks were worn. I’m still not 100% comfortable with sharing machines/weights with covid rates rising, but class itself is amazing. Greg deserves a lot of credit for his playlist and ability to flawlessly teach basically two classes at one time.

    This was my first time back in years and I am so glad to be back! This studio always has the best music and it makes all the difference! I like that the bikes are in different levels so that you can always see the instructor and the choreo was simple so it was easy to go at your own pace. I will definitely be back!
