Greg is such a pure and kind soul that makes class fun for everyone but please please no loud sparklers or whatever was set off during the Thurs 5:30 class to celebrate someone. It was SO loud and distracting - my first thought was someone had fallen off their treadmill and the person next to me got so spooked she nearly fell off her treadmill. The “regulars” here could go a long way to being considerate of the rest of the class.

Brooks has positive grounding energy. He led a dynamic class and left me feeling totally disconnected from the outside. I’d definitely take his class again!

Empowering Group Gym Class Experience with Personal Trainer Kathryn Paulsen I recently had the pleasure of attending a group gym class at Rebel Athletic Club led by the exceptional personal trainer, Kathryn Paulsen, and it was truly an empowering experience. From the moment Kathryn greeted us with her infectious energy and encouraging smile, I knew I was in for a dynamic workout session. Her passion for fitness and dedication to helping others achieve their goals shone through in every aspect of the class. Kathryn's expertise and attention to detail were evident from the start as she guided us through a series of exercises designed to target different muscle groups and improve overall strength and endurance. She provided clear instructions and demonstrations, ensuring that everyone felt confident and capable regardless of their fitness level. What truly stood out about Kathryn's coaching style was her ability to motivate and inspire. She pushed us to challenge ourselves while also emphasizing the importance of listening to our bodies and respecting our limits. Her positive reinforcement and words of encouragement kept me motivated and focused throughout the entire class. Moreover, Kathryn's personalized approach to training was evident as she offered modifications and adjustments to accommodate individual needs and abilities. Whether it was adjusting the intensity of an exercise or providing alternative movements, she ensured that everyone felt included and supported. Beyond the physical aspect of the class, Kathryn created a supportive and inclusive atmosphere where camaraderie flourished among participants. The sense of community fostered within the group was palpable, making the workout experience even more enjoyable and rewarding. In conclusion, my experience at Rebel Athletic Club's group gym class with personal trainer Kathryn Paulsen was nothing short of phenomenal. Her expertise, enthusiasm, and genuine passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals made it an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend Kathryn's classes to anyone looking for a motivating and empowering workout session.

Loved this class! Had 3 stations with 3 different exercises and 4 rounds of AMRAP max effort with 3 short breaks for ab cycles in between. Was easy to increase the challenge and a great workout. There's one shower and they have towels if you need them.
