see all reviewsThis class was great! It was my first time here and I really enjoyed the flow of the exercise and the laid back environment. You definitely get out what you put into it. Carly does a phenomenal job of setting the tone and the music really put me in the right mindset. It gets really hot in the room so make sure to bring plenty of water and something breathable because you’re going to sweat. I’ll be sure to come back!

see all reviewsFirst moments I found it odd to have videos showing the moves throughout class. (Strength stations day.) Then I realized how handy they are for referencing form questions that I had while doing the moves. And the instructors rove around giving form tips. The time is efficiently used, with one overview and the. The video loops for reference and expert input. What I was really hoping for came - ten minutes after class I caught myself humming in the grocery store. This might be the type workout that spikes my serotonin. Looking forward to going again and seeing if the next class gifts the chemical happy too. I also liked the instructors. Helpful, warm, grounded.

Also appreciate that Cory was attentive to all the stations with encouragement and checking your form. The community also seemed nice and full of regulars. She gave me some tips on working out safely as to not stress my muscles and how to prepare for massages and relieve tension in my body. Felt relaxed and comfortable. The staff at the front desk are super accommodating and attentive, offering tea, water, coffee as soon as you enter. There was no intimidating upsetting or anything of that sort. Super clean, lovely and relaxing space. Truly a 5 star establishment. I’m so impressed by Karen, especially & I’ll definitely be back.
