    tangerine flow

Tangerine HPY is an incredible studio - I dont have enough good things to say. The studio is cute and clean, very chic and the staff is kind and welcoming. They provide towels and mats which is nice, and the flow is hard and beautifully structured. Molly was a great instructor - cant wait to come back again!

Great space. Friendly staff. Teacher was a sub, but she was amazing. Warm personality and talented dancer. Class is challenging, but no stress if you don't get the moves right away. Bring a dollar or two to tip the drummers.

    vinyasa blend

Really beautiful yoga class. What you think of in your head and what you need as a human. A devoted, knowledgeable, hands on instructor. Challenging flow. I would feel a little self conscious as a beginner. The space is small and cozy and it was very hot.

Super fun! I love Cardiobeat but have been hesitant to try any of the more choreography-driven classes (I’m not that coordinated) but I like AYB because it’s so fun so when I saw “beginner” I decided to go for it - I’ll be back!

Diana doesn’t mess around! Her classes are very focused on form and building strength. Great class but it felt like there was a competitive energy with some students in the front row which was unfortunate and distracting.

Loved this. It’s hard, but Sal’s vibe is generous and encouraging and there’s a nice balance of different kinds of movements so it always feels like you can and should give it your all, because the following move will have a different focus.

    Level 1

This was the most different yoga class Ive taken but I enjoyed it. There was a lot of focus on technique, which was great if you were new or had been doing yoga for awhile. We used ropes on the walls to help us perfect poses and work on alignment, which was cool. My only complaint is that there was just one too many people in the class because when we did rope work on the wall some of us were on top of each other.

Came across "PineappleYogi" on CP and I just had to take a class!! The name is too adorable not to :p I love both the studio and the class, it's a very intimate space (just what I like, as it allows for personalized, hands-on adjustments) and the antique wooden interior/vibe really reminds me of this small cozy cabin/yoga center in a mountain I went to :)) Cues/instructions were very clear and easy to follow, flows left my body feeling so good, and the delicate-scent "massage" at the end during Savasana was a really nice touch. Thank you, Sharon! Will be back!!
