I don’t know how to say this without sounding mean and I’m sorry, I don’t want to be, but while he was coaching, the instructor would add uhh to the end of every sentence, or sometimes a few words in the sentence. For example: “you should feel this in your outer legsuhhh.” “That’s greatuhh.“ I found it really distracting, especially once I realized he didn’t seem to do that in his normal one-on-one voice. He was very nice and it was a good class, it just became something I focused on too much.

    Kickboxing with Pad Work

Josh is kind and makes sure all the students are doing the moves correctly. Though I’ve been coming to CKO for years, the partner pad-work class is new and this was my first time attending. It was a tough workout but worth it. Josh has really good music taste - the music he plays keeps the hype going.

Loved my first time at RS Strength, the hospitality of the owners,Daniel and Kristen were fantastic! The class consisted of people of beginner and intermediate levels and the coach was great at catering to each person individually as well as in a group setting. Gym was clean and the people were nice, I’ll definitely be back soon 💪🏽

    Ripped Ride

I love Reign’s class, it was fun with great music and she’s so energetic with a challenging routine on the bike. Only second time here and sure will be back for her class. The class was very full so became chaotic that it started bit late and people had their bags and coats on the floor with not enough weights or bike for people who were late — be on time!

This was a scam. There was no physical location and the instructor was not there. Not sure if this business actually exists or not. I would like a refund on my credits if possible.

Dance Church @ Prema Yoga Brooklyn

Amazing energy and vibe, you follow along simple movements in a circle and don’t have to memorize choreography which makes this much more accessible to people without much dance background…that being said, there definitely seem to be seasoned, talented contemporary dancers mixed in. Don’t worry though - it isn’t intimidating, welcoming to all ages and levels, and the studio is grand - it is in a downstairs area. The people are really welcoming and friendly - the lovely young dancer was especially polite and courteous.

Going to Iskcon was a unique experience. It is not like other workouts on here, so don’t expect a high intensity exercise. The evening was comprised of chanting of the mantra, a speaker, dancing, and a vegetarian dinner. The dinner was absolutely delicious. It is definitely an experience to try out.
