    Had a big group this morning as a bunch of us Monday Wash. Square Rise regulars made a field trip out to Forest Hills! Started with the 4x4: 4 alternating exercises done 4 times (rowboats, inchworms, lunges, swimmers), then a die (as in dice!) challenge:6 exercises done 10 times. Last we did a pyramid: 2 exercises (tricep dips and Russian twists) done alternating from 1 to 10 times then back again. Lastly, a group photo then coffee at our new place, the Pink Forest Cafe which opens an hour early just for us!!!
