    First time taking one of Chloe’s classes. I will definitely be looking for more clases she is teaching in the future! I had actually been considering chickening out right before class - the class description sounded so intimidating and I wasn’t sure I would be able to keep up. But I’m glad I went - Chloe made the class fun and there was enough variation that I never had to do any one thing for too long. Great workout!

    Adrian and the ladies in the class were incredibly helpful and understanding. It was my first class and they were patient with me- showing me what to do and allowing me to catch my breath. Overall, the workout exceeded my expectations. 10/10

    What an amazing way to start the weekend and with the best instructor, Shaheed! This class was the perfect full body strength class and Shaheed is amazing at encouraging the class to push while also recommending alternative moves and modifications. I’ve taken many classes with Shaheed and they’re always my favourite! I would highly recommend!!

    This is probably my best experience on classpass! It was my first time to a Muay Thai class and every one of the staff made me feel so welcomed and encouraged. Our instructor was awesome to say the least. He was very informative and detailed in explaining and made sure everyone was doing the correct posture and even made the class really fun. I really enjoyed this class! More than half of the class was girls tonight and I am just really happy about the representation as well. And everyone in the class was so nice and kind. I think I found myself a new hobby :)
