    YS - Yoga Sculpt

    I loved the instructor and the playlist. This class is probably one of the most difficult classes Ive ever taken, but I loved it. Definitely the most bang for your buck. It includes ab/core work, glute work, obliques and lots of arms. I would recommend starting slow with less weight until after the cardio set. Room is also heated so be sure to bring towel and water. Great class!!

    Annas detailed and thoughtful curing elevated this class. The sequence was pretty basic and not particularly physically challenging, but she is very good at drawing out the subtle things to focus on throughout practice. I really enjoy her teaching. If you are expecting a sweaty, workout kind of class, Id recommend perhaps one of Corepowers sculpt classes. But Anna is great for a more thoughtful practice

    Good yin yoga class. The poses were more active than Ive done before, but not challenging Parking on a Wednesday night was easy to find in the neighborhood behind. Theres only one bathroom for changing, so gets busy to change after a work day. They also have a curtain in the locker room, but closing the curtain blocks other people from accessing the lockers

    Great class! We started with a tabata-type warmup, then worked on the same move with the barbell, then did HIIT-type cardio and cooled down with some stretching. Caitlyn was really friendly, encouraging, and helpful for newcomers with form and using all the equipment and such. Although classpass said this class was an hour we finished after 45-50 minutes.

    I was super nervous I was gonna hate boxing & was going to be embarrassingly bad at it, but this class was awesome because the instructor (tall red hair didn't catch her name) and the regulars who attend this class were all super welcoming and extremely happy to help teach me & my friend. The class was so fun that the 45 minutes flew by & felt totally empowering!

    Good Pilates tabata class. There were 8 exercises with rounds each. I liked that the instructor did different variations each round and increased the intensity for a variety. Also, she explained the moves well at the beginning of class. Very Pilates based with moves and breath. They have a bathroom but no shower.
