First class and it was a Great introduction to rumble! Sharon was super encouraging, and I loved being in the 4:30 class because there was less of a crowd. Will definitely be back. Only knock would be sometimes not being able to hear instructions because the music is loud, but you can follow the prompts on the screen.

Great class! We started with a tabata-type warmup, then worked on the same move with the barbell, then did HIIT-type cardio and cooled down with some stretching. Caitlyn was really friendly, encouraging, and helpful for newcomers with form and using all the equipment and such. Although classpass said this class was an hour we finished after 45-50 minutes.

    Boxing - Level 1

Really challenging and just jumps you right in. Be sure to leave time before enough to wrap your hands or get help doing so. Super tough and sweaty, but great class. Nathan was really helpful to me as a beginner.
