I’ve been to all kinds of gyms so I’m still a beginner but know the punches. Coach Jose was awesome in working with me on my footwork and technique…something I’ve never had at any other gym. see all reviewsShowed up at 5:45 for a 6pm adult class. Two employees were in the ring teaching kids boxing classes. As I sat there and waiting no one acknowledged my presence. As time past, more teenagers came in and were told to run (for their 6pm class). I sat there until 6:15 not understand where the adult class was and if one was even happening.
