    Sometimes bikram can feel militaristic but this class with Persephone was like a meditation. Sometimes instructors can speak too fast or too slow or too rigid that it disrupts holding my postures but she spoke in a way that was very graceful, calm but still challenging. Perfect!

    Mega Slow Burn

    Not easy for sure, lots of straps and feet placements to figure out and to get used to it: Julia is very great on hands on correction which I really appreciate it. My classmates are awesome ! Especially the veteran in the class :) super supportive. Hard to get in class pass tho; I watched the opening like a hawk glad I am able to get one class.
