The gym is definitely smaller than I expected but it had everything you needed. A total hidden gem! It’s a great locally owned neighborhood gym and everyone is super friendly and welcoming

see all reviewsInstructor informed us it was going to be an “easy” recovery cardio day and boy was it a humbling experience. For a person who does the stair master as my cardio this cardio circuit was anything but easy. I can’t remember the last time I sweat and how exhausted I felt after. The instructor was extremely pleasant and had overall great vibes to him. He’s very knowledgeable and helped remind me that I need to incorporate cardio more into my workout routine. Cardiovascular is very important. I would recommend this class. Get ready to sweat!
