    Dana is such a passionate instructor who is an asset. Everything about her class was spot on and made me fall in love with Y7 again: the epic music that instills hope, the flow, the monologue, and her presence. She’s a model Y7 instructor. Please have her on the schedule at this location more frequently. The other instructors that I have taken at this location are lacking experience and passion. It shows in their flows and guidance which are messy.

    Mat Pilates

    This was SO nice. A very gentle but challenging Pilates class. There were only 3 of us but it felt right because the room wasn’t all that big and it was dimly lit anyways. This instructor was really clear on her instructions and gave adjustments as needed. This would be a great workout to focus on breathing and strength. And the space is incredible— a luxurious workout, if there ever was one.

    I thought I was in shape until this class. I usually work out 3 days a week doing HIIT classes, but this one kicked by butt. Super fast paced class with no breaks.! Expect to do high reps counts of exercises like lunges, squats, deadlifts, rows, tricep extensions etc with weights in hand and cardio bursts of jumping jacks, high knees, burpees, skiers and squat jumps. FYI, no locks for lockers so you have to bring your own or find a place to stash it in the workout studio room. Class size tonight was around 25 people.

    Small and intimate, this is a great class for beginners and anyone wishing to start delving into the world of meditation. Staff is great, and the cushions are huge, but very comfortable to sit on. Unfortunately, I was the only one in the class, so I received a more personalized session. Regardless, Kirat is a knowledgeable and lovely instructor, and I hope to come in for another class. (Coming from a person who has been working on their meditation practice for some time, and has visited other meditation studios using ClassPass.)

    Sub teacher tonight- class was 6 stations-2 exercises at each, doing each exercise at the station twice (45 seconds on 15 seconds break) followed by a transition workout (planks, skaters, squat jumps) to the next station. Music wasn’t great and no warm up or cool down but it was a great and effective workout.

    So relaxing. This is not Yin. This is restorative which is more passive laying stretching poses. Almost meditative. Time of day is weird to me (11:15a) I randomly had a day off so I could take this class which I really enjoyed but is more of a senior citizen crowd. Wish it was offered at more assessable times. Def recommend if some unwinding if you can get to this class time. Old school yoga studio. Very classic.
