    Our class had fewer people so we only had 5 stations with 2 people at each station. Normally it seems to be 6 stations. Each station was 6 minutes long and Victoria did a great job in showing us the moves and coming around to correct everyone. Cardio was light but there were still some. Our class really focused on upper body but other instructors may be different. This is definitely for strengthening and I feel sore today!
