This was so relaxing and I didn’t feel pressured to do anything I didn’t want to do in this class. I also loved how I was guided in such a soft way! Thank you Gena! (I hope that’s how you spell it)

see all reviewsThis was a really great experience! What a safe space to express in any way, it felt so freeing! The atmosphere was amazing, Sarah was amazing, and the ending with the sound bath was everything! I was surprised by how energized I felt after class! Highly recommend to everyone!
