Pedal House - 45
see all reviewsAwesome class! I have been looking for a studio like this on CP in the city since I do not like classes only focused on hitting stats; I want good music, lots of choreography, and a motivating instructor and Joey delivered. It was very challenging and some of the choreography was really advanced especially since I haven’t been to spin in a while, but I know it just takes practice. Incredible workout & I will definitely be back. #classpassinsider

see all reviewsAlways love the Classic class, and Eddie has a great simple teaching style. One comment - not a review or a reflection of the studio - someone came in wearing crazy perfume or fragrance. Coupled with the heat of the room, it gave me a headache and was also incredibly distracting. So I guess the point of this is - if you’re new to hot yoga, don’t wear crazy perfume to class. Although this goes for ANY workout class.

see all reviewsThis was SO nice. A very gentle but challenging Pilates class. There were only 3 of us but it felt right because the room wasn’t all that big and it was dimly lit anyways. This instructor was really clear on her instructions and gave adjustments as needed. This would be a great workout to focus on breathing and strength. And the space is incredible— a luxurious workout, if there ever was one.

see all reviewsI thought I was in shape until this class. I usually work out 3 days a week doing HIIT classes, but this one kicked by butt. Super fast paced class with no breaks.! Expect to do high reps counts of exercises like lunges, squats, deadlifts, rows, tricep extensions etc with weights in hand and cardio bursts of jumping jacks, high knees, burpees, skiers and squat jumps. FYI, no locks for lockers so you have to bring your own or find a place to stash it in the workout studio room. Class size tonight was around 25 people.
